Our Team: Maximilian Stach, AICP

Mr. Stach is a Principal Planner with the Turner Miller Group. Mr. Stach has more than 10 years of professional planning experience and maintains a professional certification with the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP). Mr. Stach is responsible for comprehensive master planning, the drafting of zoning amendments, the preparation and review of SEQRA documents, as well as the preparation of focused studies analyzing various land use, zoning, and environmental issues and conditions. He is also responsible for planning retainer work for numerous communities and has particular experience in the area of fiscal and economic impact analysis and downtown and neighborhood revitalization strategies. He has completed studies in Environmental Science and Urban Planning at Rutgers University and Ramapo College.

Mr. Stach is a member of the American Planning Association.
