Our Team: Stuart Turner, FAICP, PP

Mr. Turner is the President and a Senior Principal of the Turner Miller Group. Through a commitment to excellence in client service, he has successfully established the Turner Miller Group, LLC (previously, Stuart Turner & Associates), as one of the leading land use, development, and environmental planning firms in the Hudson Valley. Mr. Turner has more than 48 years of professional planning experience and holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics and City Planning and a Masters Degree in Political Science from Rutgers University. In addition, he is a Fellow of the American Institute of Certified Planners (FAICP) and maintains a Professional Planner (PP) license through the State of New Jersey.

Mr. Turner is principal in charge of numerous comprehensive planning assignments, continuing planning and zoning assignments and environmental studies and reviews for both public and private clients. He serves on several Boards, including the Orange County Citizens Foundation, the Orange County Land Trust, and the Orange County Municipal Planning Federation.
